Get ready

My learning journey at the electronics began today. I found that the get ready thru website says that we need a torch with spare batteries in our emergency kit. I am going to design and make a torch ready for an emergency.

Spotlight

The term our focus has been reacounting people , places and experiences in our life. In the book , we read this term ( ' Boy ' Roald Dahl ) he had written a story about been dunked in a cold bath. We have used this as our model. Here reacount of an event I remember from my past .

Spotlight

Come on come on ! I my brothers and their friends were playing outside . They asked me if we should play spotlight . I said sure . My brother Kahutea was in for spotlight . It started getting darker so I got the torch for him .  We  were waiting for him to count up to 50 seconds . I was with my brother Mahu  ,  we hid in the dark silent bush where  no one could find us . 5 , 4 , 3 , 2, , 1 , “ Here  I come ” yelled Kahutea. He ran around like a crazy horse trying to find someone .  “ Ha I found you Bow  ” said Kahutea. They had to go find the rest of us.

As my brother and I ran into the backyard , we heard someone breathing heavily behind us so we turned around and “ BOO” said Bow .“ Ahhhh”  I screamed , found you Waipiata as Bow tags Mahu I  . We just had to find Tumoana and then we’d finished  playing spotlight . So we split  up and went to go and find him . I and Kahutea  went  to go look for him at the backyard , while Mahu and Bow  looked at the front yard . Kahutea heard a bang against the fence so we ran there and it was Bow and Mahu who crashed into the fence while trying to give us a fright .  

It started to get really  late and  mum called us to come inside . But my brother said to mum 5 more minutes please , so mum said sure 5 more minutes then .  I caught  something at the corner of my eye , someone sprinted into the backyard . It was Tumoana , quickly let’s find him . Kahutea and I ran quickly and quietly to the back and tried to  look for him . Mum called us to come inside ,  and as soon as we were walking there  we saw Tumoana at the doorstep . We tagged him and  we said “ you're  going to be in the next round when we  play spotlight” .    

Is that i did 3 paragraphs .

Maths leason

Today in maths we used the sieve of erathosthenes to find all . Of the primenumber upto 100 . A prime number is a number that can only be mutttiplied by and itself .
